The Nov./Dec. 2011 issue of Interfaces contains rankings of universities based on contributions to the literature in the practice of operations research. San Francisco State University's Decision Sciences department was ranked 27th on the visibility metric and 18th on the yield metric, and was the only CSU school on the list.
