    The authors "examine corporate combinations, describe how human factors contribute to their failure or success, and identify key research questions whose answers can help to improve the M&A success rate in both financial and human terms."
  • Marks, Mitchell L., Warrick, Donald D., and Meeks, Michael, “Should Organization Development be Taught at the Undergraduate Level?” Organization Development Journal, 29 (1): 97-106, 2011.
    "The primary purpose of this research is to study prevailing viewpoints on whether OD should be taught at the undergraduate level and to use the findings to make recommendations for business schools and others involved in undergraduate management education."

Professor Marks also served as a panelist for the presentation, “Downsizing: One of the Dominant Trends of the Decade,” at the 26th annual Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology (SIOP) Conference, held in Chicago in April 2011.
