Alum Frank Risso (B.S., Accounting, '90) has been appointed as South San Francisco's new city treasurer.

The 40-year-old fifth generation South San Franciscan grew up watching his parents run their local business. He enjoyed going with his dad to the local bank and learning about bookkeeping.
