Mission Statement

 

The mission of the current B.S. Degree in Hospitality Management is to provide excellence in instruction and academic environment in the development of managers and leaders in the rapidly growing hospitality management industry, such as hotel management; restaurant and foodservice management; conventions, meetings and event management, international tourism and other areas.

 

The program is committed to providing an excellent undergraduate education that incorporates management and business theories and practices in the hospitality industry through coursework, internships and industry interactions to meet the current trends in the hospitality industry.
