Principal Talent and Organization Performance, Accenture
Amy is a senior manager at Accenture, a management consulting firm with 144K employees worldwide. With eight years in consulting, she specializes in organizational change management activities for large-scale system implementations, i.e., change management – stakeholder engagement, communication, training and capability building. Her past industry experiences include supply chain, procurement, merchandising,inventory management, and distribution management for retail and consumer goods. She also has experience working overseas in Asia, Europe, Central and S. America with multinational companies and global deployments.
Associate Group Manager of Consumer & Shopper Promotions, Clorox
Bailey Doyle graduated from the University of Notre Dame. She formerly served as the president of the Notre Dame Alumni Club of San Francisco and continues to serve on the board today. Bailey is an associate group manager at The Clorox Company where she is responsible for developing and executing consumer and shopper promotions for Kingsford Charcoal and KC Masterpiece Barbeque Sauce & Marinades. Prior to Clorox, Bailey managed the Diamond Foods account at MARS Advertising and the Nestle, Del Monte, and Clif Bar accounts for Smith Brothers Agency. She has also held positions at TracyLocke & News America Marketing.
VP Category Development Perishables , Safeway
Tonya joined Safeway in 1991 as a deli clerk in the NorCal division and held a succession of roles of increased responsibility. After successfully managing the Fairfield Store Deli/China departments, Tonya was promoted to deli food service field merchandiser in 1997. She was promoted to manager division operations of Nor Cal and then accepted the director of merchandising corporate position in 2003. Tonya held the positions of category director and regional director in deli/food service before moving over to consumer brands as group director of perishables. Currently, Tonya is vice president category development for consumer brands perishables, where her extensive knowledge of Safeway—both corporate and retail—has enabled her to successfully align product ideas and category growth.
Head of Business Development, Nielsen Neurofocus
Caroline leads business development for Nielsen NeuroFocus, a leading global provider of consumer neuroscience insights that applies neuroscience to marketing, advertising, media, and products. NeuroFocus was founded in 2006 and was a pioneer in the consumer neuroscience industry, and acquired in 2011 by Nielsen. Caroline now leads the development of an extensive body of insights on how the brain responds to the world of marketing and brands. Prior to NeuroFocus, Caroline founded Albany Associates, providing marketing services to corporate clients. Subsequently she was publisher of Wilderness Press, and chief marketing officer for BoardVantage. Prior to her business career, Caroline was a professional classical violinist. She received her MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
Director of Sales, Mezzetta
Lynn Davies has enjoyed a long and satisfying career for over 20+ years in the Food/CPG Industry. Currently, Lynn is the director of sales, national accounts for GL Mezzetta, a leading manufacturer of peppers, olives and specialty pasta sauce. She has also worked for both Kraft Foods and Nestle Foods. The key to Lynn’s success has been a willingness to leverage a career lattice working across many functions and geographies including field sales, headquarter sales planning, consumer insights, and technology. In her current role with GL Mezzetta, Lynn enjoys utilizing skills gained across all these experiences to achieve company goals. Lynn has been an active member in NEW Nor Cal since its establishment in the bay area.
