Monica M. Sharif is an Assistant Professor of Management in the College of Business at San Francisco State University. Dr. Sharif earned her Ph.D. in Management from the University of Miami's School of Business Administration. She received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine.
Dr. Sharif's primary research interests are in leadership, cross-cultural diversity, and ethics. Her work has recently been published in the Journal of Business Ethics and The Leadership Quarterly.
Professor Sharif has taught courses on organizational behavior, human resources, and currently teaches leadership at the undergraduate level.
