Description
Preliminary evidence of a relationship between employee perceived leadership style and the level of job embeddedness one has with his/her employer. Job embeddedness refers to the overall extent to which one is "attached" to his/her organization and community in which he/she lives. Job embeddedness has been shown to be an important predictor of whether or not a person stays with his/her organization (i.e. it predicts voluntary turnover).
