Denise Kleinrichert
Assistant Professor, Management
Dr. Denise Kleinrichert is an Assistant Professor in Management/Ethics, Chair of the College of Business' annual Business Ethics Week, and a Founding colleague of the Center for Ethical and Sustainable Business (CESB). This Center integrates ethics and sustainable business research with teaching and service to community and the university. She has focused her academic career in the areas of business ethics, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainable business practices. She teaches two undergraduate courses: Seminar on the Environment of Business and Ethics at Work, as well as two MBA seminar courses, Political, Social, Legal Environment of Business and Sustainability and Business Opportunity. Her research publications include topics in ethics and corporate boards, CSR, sustainability and social entrepreneurship in hospitality industry, and entrepreneurship and women. She also has earlier corporate management experience in risk management and human resources in the banking, healthcare and property/casualty insurance industries. Her education includes a BA in Economics from Indiana University, two Master’s degrees and a PhD in Philosophy from the University of South Florida.
