David Hysinger

Mr. Hysinger has practiced real estate law, and handled business insurance, and general civil matters for over 20 years, representing insurance and financial service companies, as well as small businesses and individuals. He has conducted in excess of 40 civil jury trials, ten bench trials, numerous binding arbitrations, and administrative law proceedings. Before entering the practice of law, he served as a research extern in the United States Bankruptcy Court where he worked on commercial real estate finance cases.
Mr. Hysinger has argued real estate cases before the state's appellate courts involving issues such as the statutory regulation of eviction, the right of entry into leased property, notice of lease modifications, and the non-delegable duties of owners and investors. Mr. Hysinger has also lectured on international contracts, bankruptcy, and real estate at Golden Gate University, University of San Francisco, and U.C. Berkeley.
He received his A.B. in philosophy with honors from U.C. Berkeley and his J.D./M.B.A. from the University of San Francisco.
