Deniz K. Tudor earned her undergraduate degree in economics and business administration (double majors) from Koc University in Istanbul, Turkey before earning both her M.A. and Ph.D. from University of California, San Diego in the United States. She is the recipient of many awards, including the merit scholarship she received at Koc University and the Mary Berglund Fellowship while at UCSD. Her teaching experience includes courses on economics, econometrics, financial institutions, risk management, and corporate financial management. Her research focuses on financial economics issues, asset pricing, portfolio choice, investments.
