supervised graduate business student Jennifer Gervasi Nelson and together they
co-wrote a case study entitled “Toyota: Driving the Mainstream Market to Purchase
Hybrid Electronic Vehicles†which was
published by Ivey Publishing. The case was ranked 9th best selling for Ivey
in 2007-2008.
