Congratulations
to alumnus Andrew Ly (Accounting '86) whose Sugar Bowl Bakery just received a Supplier of
the Year Award in September from the U.S. Department of Commerce. The award, Ly
says, “represents how far our business has grown and the wealth of
opportunities this country has to offer ambitious entrepreneurs.”

Sugar Bowl Bakery is a partnering company in SF State's Family Business Center. Operated by the College of Business, the
center offers classes, workshops and retreats for those in family-owned
businesses.
