This semester marks SF State’s official launch of a new graduate-level
sustainable business program that professors say is a first for the California
State University system.

For years, an informal group of SF State business teachers discussed the need
for environmental and social responsibility in the private sector. This fall,
students are learning how to change the way business is done through the new
sustainable business emphasis of the Master of Business Administration (MBA)
graduate degree program.
