Alex Yuen, CGFM, CPA, on May 1, 2007 was appointed by the
Government Finance Officers' Association (GFOA) to serve as a reviewer for the
GFOA Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Programs.

Each year all state and local government units in the U.S. publish a
comprehensive annual financial report (CAFR). Only a select few SLGUs earn the
coveted certificate.

When a government has met the demanding requirements of
the certificate, it is allowed to reproduce that award in the current year's
CAFR. Yuen is a certified government financial manager (CGFM) and in the past
has worked full-time for two cities as an accounting supervisor and finance
director.
