The Department of Hospitality & Tourism Management (HTM) at SF State is pleased to announce the 17th Annual Hospitality Management Symposium. The theme this year is Hospitality Industry in Economic Recovery.
The event takes place on the SF State main campus, in the Nob Hill Room of the Seven Hills Conference Center, Thursday, March 8, 2012. The Career Fair is held 2 to 4 p.m. at the Towers Conference Center.
- “Current Issues in the Bay Area Hospitality Industry during the Recovery Mode”

- Noon to 1:30 p.m.
HTM Career Fair
The career fair provides a venue for students to learn about the industry, along with internships, volunteer opportunities, and part-time and full-time job opportunities, available at your organization.
Student attendance at the HTM Symposium and Career Fair
We have limited seating at the noon keynote session. SF State Hospitality and Tourism Management students who wish to attend the Symposium Keynote Noon Session must register with Beverly Colindres, College of Business, BUS 306, (415) 338-1023. A payment of $12.00 (check only) to include lunch and keynote session must be made by March 1, 2012. Admission to the Career Fair is free for SF State students. Students must bring résumés and dress professionally for admittance to both events.
