Information Systems Professor Paul Beckman to present a paper at the 11th annual Hawaii International Conference on Business to be held May 26-29, 2011.

The presentation is titled "Comparing Learning Outcomes between Paper Textbooks and Electronic Textbooks" and is based on research conducted in fall 2010 where one section of a course used a paper textbook while another section used an e-textbook version. Professor Beckman compared how students in each section did on their homework and exams.
