Alexis Van Meeteren, a hospitality and tourism management student, received the only John Marks Scholarship at the San Francisco Convention & Visitors Bureau 100-year celebration held July 6, 2010, at Moscone West.
Pat Gallagher, chair of the San Francisco Convention & Visitors Bureau Foundation and Bob Wilhelm of the Hotel and Restaurant Foundation presented the 2010 John A. Marks Scholarship to Alexis.
