The Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM) is delighted to have selected Rose Zhu as the deserving recipient in foodservice management for this year's Gold & Silver Plate Stipend.

Rose is an excellent food production manager for the Vista Room in the fall 2008 and spring 2009 semesters. The Vista Room, an on-campus restaurant for fine dining, is operated and managed by HTM students.
