Learn what it takes to create a business from the ground up. Put your best business practices into practices - and end classroom tedium!
Learn what it takes to put on a speaker series and conference from an experienced professional; participate in strategy meetings, learn about internet marketing and social media campaigns, software, and implementation. Creation of Website, theme, and speaker panel for 2010 is first order of business. Inaugural Meeting of The Spiritual Breakfast Club on January 13, 2010 at Grace Cathedral's Wiley Room. The Spiritual Breakfast Club is a membership organization in the start-up phase.
The SBC is a think-tank for Executives to imagine, implement, and instill spiritual values and principles into the world of work. Interns will: 1: research appropriate CEO's and Executives from the San Francisco Business Community and encourage their membership into the organization 2) they will assist in developing topics, and working with membership to develop programs 3)monitor metrics 4) suggestion new directions 5) research appropriate corporate sponsorship 5) develop franchise opportunities 6) work with Social Media & communities 7) Assist at Monthly Meeting - membership, assisting members, attending to speaker, working with round table discussions 8) Regional Conference(s) Fall 2010 Note: As revenue builds, staff positions will be initially offered to interns. Research Skills Love of Marketing and Promotion A quick mind and professional 'can do' attitude. A willingness to make cold-calls to CEO's (with coaching) and a willingness to do what it takes to launch this unique program. Social Media familiarity - and feature writing skills A belief in the cause - and an ability to speak about why you think spiritual principles belong in the world of work. |
