Responsibilities:
  • Manage project office facilities
  • Cost Analysis, ensure low cost purchase and budget review
  • Processing, coordination, and management of Accounts Payable for project
  • Processing, coordination, and management of Payroll for project
  • Prepare, analyze, and transmit Certified Payroll and any/all additional reporting documents per project and contract specifications
  • Document Control for project through pVault Software (Heavy scanning/indexing)
  • Provide support in accounting and project management modules in Viewpoint Software
  • Coordination with subcontractors
  • Management of project insurance requirements with subcontractors and vendors
  • Process New Hires (Craft and Salaried) – Paperwork, training videos, drug testing
  • Stock and inventory control for office related equipment and products
Skills & Abilities:

(Previous office experience preferred)

Shimmick is looking to hire an Project Office Manager for a project in San Francisco, CA. The successful candidate may be considered for a different project assignment if there is an opening after this project is completed. Seeking a detailed and organized professional with previous office administration experience. 4 year Business degree or related experience preferred. Will report directly to Project Manager with secondary reporting requirement to the Business Manager.
