The role of the client advocate is supporting a top producing Real Estate Agent by utilizing various provided resources to find and isolate leads. Each day, outbound calls are made to converse with property owners that can potentially be converted into leads that will agree to meeting the Agent will meet in person. The calls should be conducted in a very congenial manner with supplied scripts to see if the lead is worth pursuing as a potential client. All information is then posted into excel for the Agent to work on pursuing. The real estate agent will follow-up with the filtered leads that have agree to book an appointment through the client outreach liaison.

Responsibilities: Call leads to qualify and set appointments. Assist agent and be willing to do assigned tasks. Conduct sales support and preparation for each appointment. Organize sales pipeline for Agent to utilize Organize and execute client outreach mailings Conduct in person deliveries to clients Other tasks may include: ordering print media, shipping, shopping for display collateral, running errands.
Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills. Must demonstrate an outgoing personality on the phone. Excellent written communication skills. Polite and friendly attitude. You should consider your-self a 'people person.' Good listening skills. Technical skill should include, but not be limited to, MS Word, MS Excel (basic), web-based/ Internet browsing. Have a reliable car to get around - must have. Professional and presentable image for in person client meetings Fluent in English
