Responsibilities:
  • Represent the company professionally at marketing events, public promenades, and other venues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to determine target areas to canvass Identify new, innovative ways to engage with residential customers, small business owners and our sales team
  • Engage and excite potential customers about the benefits of switching to solar
  • Working with the sales team to build sales plans on a quarterly basis to ensure success.
  • Option of being able to create and manage webinars and online videos
Skills & Abilities:
  • In-home sales, operations or canvassing experience a plus
  • Experience with market research a plus
  • Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, Visio and PowerPoint).
  • Confident personality with excellent interpersonal and phone skills.
  • A drive to succeed with a positive attitude and high energy

These individuals will be responsible for being the first point of contact for most residential customers, and will qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.

The candidates will also become experts in rate plans and utilities, with the ability to manage a canvassing team, branch into doing sales themselves or transition into other departments, like media & marketing. Work hours are flexible and each individual will determine their availability on a weekly basis. The ideal candidate is tech savvy, passionate about solar, a fast-learner, and wants to be involved in efforts that make our franchise successful.
