Must Have:

1. 1-4 years in Business, Financial or Contract administration

2. Bachelor's degree (Business or equivalent experience) with a minimum of two years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

3. Proficiency with Excel and Sharepoint (1+ year w/ both)

4. Experience managing large data sets: i.e. reconciling databases using pivot table summaries, V-lookups, and logic functions in excel Plus: 1. Experience reviewing contracts Day 2 Day responsibilities: This is a great opportunity to join a team as a Contract Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing incoming contract, SOW, quote, amendments, overseeing the maintenance and integrity of all contract and statement, quotes files, overseeing the filing all final contracts and completes the meta (key word) data for each agreement files, reviewing licensing and service contract terms, reviewing pending purchase req’s each week, plus adhoc analysis. This person will review and analyze contracts, amendments, quotes, purchase orders, and SOW’s to update contract database. They will communicate internally and externally with applicable stakeholders on interpretation of contract language. Maintain and organize corporate files, including original contracts. Because of these responsibilities, this individual must be highly efficient and able to deal with a large volume of work, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to learn quickly. Exceptional written and oral communication skills are essential as is the ability to work with individuals at all levels both internally and externally. Experience interacting with procurement is helpful. In addition, this individual must be flexible and able to perform administrative duties as well which may include but are not limited to: processing bills, filing, organizing, record keeping, and scheduling meetings. This person must be meticulous, self-starter, have outstanding communication skills, superb time management, judgment, decision-making and problem-solving skills, and thrives as both an independent contributor and as part of a collaborative team.
