Our client, a major airline, has launched an employee survey to assess their employees' perceptions about working at the airline.

There is an open-ended question where employees could write in their comments. We are looking for coders to help us code Simplified Chinese employee comments using a list of pre-establised codes. These employee comments are short (only 50 characters maximum per employee).

You'll read these comments, remove any mentions of people's names, and categorize the comments using our code sheet.

You'll receive a brief training on coding before the project.

It's a great way for you to get a glimpse into what's on some airline employees' minds!!

• Fluent in Simplified Chinese
• Detailed oriented
• Some background in employee surveys or human resources preferred.

Depending on the number of employee written comments, we expect it will take you about 2-3 hours to read and code the comments.
