• Align LeapFrog’s curriculum with external education standards
• Help design a teacher endorsement project (assist in defining the scope of the project, recruiting schools and teachers, creating lesson plans and teaching materials, ordering products, and creating baseline survey questions)
• Create parent resources (e.g., blogs, printable activity pages and worksheets, etc.) that correspond to various ages and stages of development
• Write activity prompts and did-you-know facts related to specific learning goals
• Meet weekly with the Learning Team

• MA or MS in education, psychology, educational psychology, cognitive psychology, developmental psychology, child development or related field
• Knowledge of how children learn and develop from infancy through adolescence, especially ages 2-9 years
• Familiar with Common Core State Standards and Next Generation Science Standards
• Familiar with traditional and innovative strategies for teaching, learning, and assessment in both formal and informal settings
• Familiar with evaluation or survey research projects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Very organized, attention to detail, and self-motivated
