Responsibilities:

Assist recruiter(s) in sourcing qualified resumes, conduct job placements, learn internal programs and methods, schedule interviews, conduct pre-screenings, work with clients to fill open requisitions, handle payroll issues, work alongside candidates, associates, and clients to find resolution.

Skills & Abilities:

MS Word, Excel, and Outlook experience is required. Fast Learner Ability to take initiative on projects, assignments, and see through to end. Able to work with people from different types of backgrounds and cultures. Presentation skills extremely helpful.

  • scheduling in-person and phone interviews
  • pre-screening individuals
  • provide recruiting support
  • screen resumes for top candidates
  • provide front desk coverage
  • oversee candidate assessments/tutorials
  • work with clients on fast paced assignments
  • develop relationships with clients and associates
  • manager recruiter calendars
  • perform reference checks
  • assist with payroll enrollment and questions
