Responsibilities:

Summary of essential job functions

The Marketing Programs Manager is expected to:

  • Implements marketing and sales enablement campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and sales enablement strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
  • Tracks leads and costs by analyzing and entering and tracking through SFDC.
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data. Reports should include lead volumes required to support business plan, actual leads (by tactic) and recovery plans.
  • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with sales and partners, coordinating with outside vendors; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
  • Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
  • Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Creates and manages a central repository of marketing collateral (brochures, graphics, papers, etc.) to drive consistency across organization and enable timely edits and changes
  • Coordinate with outside web services firm to assure web site is consistent and well maintained
  • Coordinate with outside firm to develop customer success stories and solution briefs
  • Coordinate with internal and external resources to assure blogs are kept current
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
