Who should apply? Both Undergrad and Graduate Students
Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for all event-related inquiries and logistics.

Net Promoter Events Manager with event operations/logistics including:

  • Registration process, both pre-event and on site
  • Food and beverage/menu development
  • Follow up on RFI requests
  • Administer RegOnline system (group pricing, refunds/credits)
  • Logistics planning (room setup, food, AV requests)
  • Materials production & updating (agenda, binders)
  • Budget development & reconciliation
  • Speaker logistics & vendor management
  • Data entry and minor data base management
Skills & Abilities:
  • Independent worker with a high level of initiative
  • Ability to work with a remote team in a collaborative and supportive way
  • Organized with an attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Technical Skill Requirements:

  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Database management skills a plus
