Responsibilities:	Duties may include, but are not limited to: Corresponding with clients and talent Drafting contracts and agreements Updating social media Researching Preparing for events Making marketing calls Inputting information and other related tasks with the possibility of assisting at events.
Skills & Abilities:	Fluent in 2007 Microsoft Office Programs Sociable with great people and customer service skills Familiarity of FileMaker Pro and Photoshop is desirable Social networking experience (primarily Twitter and Facebook) Great Research skills - Able to gather complete information and follow through Basic or Some HTML knowledge is desirable Fast learner Organized Self Motivator
Details:	Henna Garden Events & Entertainment is looking for a bright, self motivated intern who is interested in learning about the operations of a small business, including marketing, administrative, and event management. Henna Garden is a San Francisco based event planning firm who specializes in all events, both corporate and private. Our reputation for outstanding cultural theme development as well as our unique entertainment and over 16 years of experience in the field has brought us business from clients such as Yahoo!, Oracle, the de Young Museum, and the Academy of Sciences. We are currently looking for an intern or two to join our team of innovators who is able to work 10 to 20 hours per week.
