BENEFITS All ARB staff members will receive a reference letter after four months of successful service to the publication. You will be able to use the founder as a personal reference after eight months of successful service.
ADVANCEMENT OPPPORTUNITIES Those who excel in their roles and show an interest for increased responsibilities will have the opportunity to grow within the ARB (when opportunities become available) to assume the following positions: assistant HR director, and HR director. |

| Details: | Job Title: HR Staffing Coordinator Department: Human Resources Reports to: Director of Human Resources Start date: Immediately End date: TBD, depends on your school schedule Compensation: volunteer, freelance Hours: 3-5 hours per week depending on projects assigned their due dates SUMMARY As a HR Staffing Coordinator, your position would mostly entail the recruitment of the candidates for vacant positions, as well as conducting interviews with the applicants for the vacant positions. Also, you will be expected to maintain communication with all the external applicants. Additional responsibilities are but not limited to: maintaining the HR database for applicants and current volunteers, and providing support and coordination of the organization's HR functions. |
