MS in Accountancy Advanced Requirements
The advanced portion of the MS in Accountancy program consists of 10 courses (30 units), one of which is a culminating experience class, ACCT 890.
Students who have completed a Bachelor's degree other than in Accounting
Complete the following 30 units (10 courses) upon advisement:

* The two elective classes with an ACCT prefix should be selected with academic advisor approval and may be graduate level (800-level) accounting classes or undergraduate level accounting classes from this list ONLY: ACCT 501, ACCT 504, ACCT 507, or ACCT 551.
** Two College of Business 800-level classes are required. These may be in the area of accounting or any other area selected with academic advisor approval.
Note: ACCT 800 and ACCT 801 may not be taken for credit if ACCT 301 and ACCT 302 or the equivalents have been completed in the last three years with a grade of B or better, in which case two additional 800-level accounting classes must be substituted. ACCT 807 cannot be taken for credit if ACCT 307 or the equivalent has been completed, in which case an additional 800-level accounting class must be substituted.
