To apply to the Executive MBA Program, please complete the following:

California State University Application for Graduate Degree via CSU Mentor
$55.00 non-refundable Application Fee, payable to San Francisco State University or SFSU (typically paid at the time you submit via CSU Mentor)
Executive MBA Program Application Form (pdf)
Official sealed transcripts from all the universities and colleges you have attended.
Completion of a degree equivalent to a 4 year U.S. bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
Grade point average (GPA) of the last 60 semester units or 90 quarter units of university coursework completed. Minimum GPA is 3.0.
Successful completion of the GMAT exam. Average GMAT score is 590.
Minimum five years of professional full-time working experience.
TOEFL required for all applicants who have earned their under graduate degree from a country where the official language is not English. Minimum TOEFL score is 590/243/96.
