Inner City Advisors (ICA) is organizing an opportunity in partnership with San Francisco State University for capital-seeking entrepreneurs to get 1-on-1 financial advising and accelerate their success to obtain capital.

This is a BIG event, in that they want to reach at least 100 entrepreneurs. Would you like to learn exactly how to get approved for angel, banking and growth equity capital? 

The total outside capital that ICA companies secured in 2011 was $30,290,200. Preparing entrepreneurs to access this growth capital is a core expertise of their organization.

Objectives

To connect capital-seeking entrepreneurs 1-on-1 with an expert financial advisor and to prepare and accelerate participants success of accessing capital.

Format

One 1.75 hours session to review their financials and supporting documents that they are preparing to access capital, identify where on the path they are, and provide actionable feedback to help them accelerate their success.

Date and Time

Oct 11, 2012. Participants would either come from 8-10:30 a.m., or 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. (this time includes registration) 

Ideal Participants

Entrepreneurs operating their own business, growing the business, committed to creating good jobs and seeking capital in one of three main categories: angel, bank, equity.

Entrepreneur Prep work

• Historical financial statement (P&L, Balance sheet, cash flow) 
• Business Plan (including: vision/mission/values, growth strategy)
• 2-3 years financial projections
• KPIs
