Eric Lamm, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor, Management
Eric Lamm is an assistant professor of management in the College of Business at San Francisco State University. Professor Lamm earned his Ph.D. in management from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. His dissertation focused on organizational change decisions at an individual level of analysis by examining factors predicted to be associated with employee support for organizational change.
Before entering the world of academe, Professor Lamm learned about organizational change first-hand as the senior speech-writer for the CEO of an international organization in Washington D.C., undergoing a full transformation to privatization. As a former student of international politics, he is keenly interested in how cultural differences influence how individuals act and influence others inside and outside of organizations. His travels for study, work, and pleasure, have brought him to over 30 countries across 5 continents.
Professor Lamm spends his free time playing sports, watching baseball, or with his wife and their two fairy princesses, Juliana (5) and Julieta (3).
