MBA student Benjamin Bass has won a $1500 scholarship from Women in Logistics.

Benjamin somehow manages to find time to take classes despite working full time as the distribution manager at French Transit, Ltd. He expects to graduate in spring 2013, and he also earned his undergraduate degree at the SF State College of Business, graduating in 2008 with a concentration in Entrepreneurship.
Every year Women in Logistics holds a competition and awards scholarships to Bay Area students, men and women alike, who plan to work in the logistics and supply chain management field. Since 2004, Women in Logistics has disbursed over $40,000 in scholarship moneys to 25 students. Two-fifths of those recipients have been students of San Francisco State's College of Business.
