This workshop is open to Undergraduate Business students and is limited to 40 students.  RSVP required.

Upgrade to Business Class!

Fly ahead of the others with knowledge of proper business etiquette to secure that internship or job.

In this interactive workshop, we cover the important topics of:

  • company and recruiting events etiquette
  • preparation for these events, and how to follow up
  • juggling food, shaking hands and entering groups to make conversation
  • email, text, cell phone and social media etiquette
  • interview etiquette
  • the art of small talk
  • making a first and lasting impression
  • appropriate business attire

Facilitator: Gina Snyder, M.Ed., M.A.

Gina Snyder has been conducting business etiquette trainings for over 12 years. She has been a career counselor at Saint Mary's College of California for 15 years. Because students may be interviewed at dinner events or observed at receptions and informal situations where food is served, Gina emphasizes the importance of etiquette training as part of their professional interview preparation.

Her list of local venues: Sacramento State University, Chico State University, College of Engineering UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business, Hult International Business School, Dominican University, UC Berkeley School of Public Health, Holy Names College, Saint Mary's College of California, and San Jose State University. She also has facilitated workshops for Wells Fargo, including  a national conference  in Los Angeles.

Gina Snyder has a Master of Education degree and a MA in career counseling from John F. Kennedy University. She is a MBTI® Master Practitioner, A True Colors Trainer and is known for her engaging, hands-on interactive workshops.
