About Mr. Tom Kisaichi
Mr. Kisaichi, owner of Maboroshi Wine Estates in Sebastopol, California, is the only Japanese in the United States who is both a vintner and master winemaker. His knowledge and skill, applied at every step from selection and planting of the vines through the handpicking of the organic grapes and the wine-making itself, have resulted in the production of the finest white and red wines. In order to taste and discuss, we have planned a wine maker’s dinner.

The Menu
The before dinner refreshment will be Sparkling Wine of Iron Horse Vineyards, 2004 Bruit. This wine has been served at the White House since President Reagan’s time.

The dinner, prepared by Executive Chef, Aaron Johnson, will present an Italian-Japanese fusion menu with the wines chosen to complement each course.
