Table & Chairs Reservations
Tables and chairs are available to reserve for your student organization’s needs. There are six sets of tables and chairs available. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Classroom Reservations in the College of Business
Contact the Business Relations Center after the second week of the semester to reserve classroom space within the Business Building. Space is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Classrooms are available fall and spring semesters from 5:00-6:45 pm, Monday through Thursday, no exceptions. We are not able to reserve meeting space before or after these times. We are not able to reserve rooms for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Please see OSPLD for space availability elsewhere on campus.

Career Center Grant
Looking for a way to fund a career-related program or event sponsored by your group? If yes, your club or organization is encouraged to apply for the $100 or $250 Career Events Grant from the Career Center.

Reserve classroom space and more through OSPLD
You can reserve university classrooms through OSPLD and they can also assist you in event planning, fundraising, student leadership resources, and other space reservations on the campus. See online classroom request form below. 

Online Classroom Request Form
The staff of OSPLD, in collaboration with Academic Resources, are happy to announce a new online Classroom Request Form. This form is for reserving academic classrooms for meetings/events (this DOES NOT include the Student Center, Gymnasium and Creative Arts facilities).

The OSPLD Outstanding Student Organization Awards recognize the contribution(s) by a student organization that has enriched the SF State student community. Check their website for the next deadline.
