Curriculum designed to meet your career goals
Our classroom size averages 25 students for each graduate course. The college focuses on the practical application of theory, providing integrated learning in all of the business and managerial functions, so both generalists and specialists can reach their career goals. You will find a rigorous core curriculum of foundation and advanced courses, plus the flexibility to focus on a specialization or to expand your breadth. You can choose from a rich variety of electives.

Our flexible programs allow you to adjust the number of courses you take each semester based on your professional or personal circumstances. You may enroll in afternoon or evening classes at the San Franicsco State University Downtown Campus, located in the heart of San Francisco's Business District. In addition, be sure to take advantage of our career fairs and seminars, professional communications workshops, and speaker events held throughout the year.

Besides being one of the world’s most beautiful regions, the San Francisco Bay Area serves as a vital center on the Pacific Rim for foreign trade and international tourism. Key Bay Area industries include banking and finance, technology and e-commerce, hospitality and tourism, shipping and transportation, genetics and bioengineering, and agriculture and viticulture to name just a few. New Student Orientation
To get started, please plan to come to the new student orientation session. The day includes required workshops and sessions, and features current students, alumni, and College staff and administrators who want to get you started on the right track. RSVP to attend the required orientation.
