Welcome to San Francisco State University Graduate Business Programs. We are proud of our growing reputation for diversity and sustainability management among business schools locally, nationally and internationally. The diversity of our student body and faculty, as noted by The Princeton Review, provides our business programs with a mix of individuals who truly reflect the global business environment. Our MBA program has been ranked by the prestigious Aspen Institute’s Beyond Grey Pinstripes as number 37 globally, 27 nationally and 3rd locally.
Our faculty comprises 80 full-time professors with doctoral degrees from the highest ranked educational institutions and a vibrant adjunct faculty of experienced business professionals. Our preeminent location in the heart of downtown San Francisco is exciting and allows us to apply classroom knowledge to local companies through student group projects, guest speakers and internships.
The College of Business is accredited by AACSB International (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business). This accreditation provides our graduates additional credibility when applying for career positions throughout the world.
Our career placement is excellent. While a majority of our students are working professionals and attend the programs as part-time students, the placement rate for the remaining full-time students is about 95% within three months of graduation. We hold career fairs and provide workshops in building career skills from résumé writing to effective interviewing.
